The service

SparePartsPortal is an online marketplace where individuals and businesses list spare parts for sale and contact each other to buy them. We provide the platform; the sale itself is an agreement between the buyer and the seller.

Your account

• You must give accurate information, including your company name if you register a business account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.

Listings

• List only parts you own or are authorised to sell, and describe their condition honestly.
• Do not list counterfeit, stolen, recalled or illegal items, or items you are not permitted to export or import.
• Photos and descriptions must be your own or used with permission.

Fees

Creating an account and listing parts is currently free. Any commission or fee will be published on the site before it applies to your sales.

Liability

We do not inspect listed parts and are not a party to sales between users. Buyers should check part numbers, condition and seller details before paying.
