What we collect

• Account details you give us: name, email, password (stored only as a salted hash), account type, company name and country.
• Listings you publish, including PNG photos, MP4 videos, PDF documentation and external supplier references, and messages you send to other users. Product media and listing descriptions are public; never put private identity documents or contact information in them.
• Optional company website and contact links. WhatsApp, Telegram and LinkedIn contact links are shown only to signed-in, email-verified members.
• Company registration evidence submitted through the private certificate field is accessible only to the submitting account and platform administrators. It is not included in public seller pages.
• Basic technical data needed to run and protect the service, such as IP address for rate limiting and security.

How we use it

• To run your account and show your listings to buyers.
• When you contact a seller, we share your name, company and email address with that seller so they can reply.
• To prevent fraud and abuse.
• To send product news only if you opted in; you can opt out at any time.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. With your consent (required in the EEA, UK and Switzerland; anywhere else you can opt out with Cookie settings in the footer) we use Google Analytics cookies to measure how the marketplace is used. We never send your name, email or messages to Google Analytics. We also show ads through Google AdSense, which may use cookies to show and measure ads; with the same consent choice, ads are personalised only where you allow it. You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account by emailing [email protected].
